A Bit About Our History
In 2009, an idea that would become UNiCORN M.E.P. CONSULTANTS Pvt. Ltd. (formerly Unicorn Engineers) began to take shape. One short year later, in February 2010, the idea became a reality when our firm’s co-founder & director, Mr. Salil Karkhanis, an engineering enthusiast, backed with over 10 years of industry experience in a leadership role, with the support of his eminent mentors decided to chase his dream by establishing a company which is now a front-runner in its industry.
Within a year, our firm achieved several goals, establishing a solid foundation upon which UNiCORN M.E.P. CONSULTANTS would flourish. From humble beginnings with our first small residential project, to delivering large scale colossal projects, our unique signature has always been a commitment to imbibe the ethics, ethos and values of our company with every project.
As word spread of our commitment to ensure client satisfaction and create efficient system designs, we prospered, prompting our first overseas location in Mauritius, in July 2017. Today, we continue to be known for that same dedication to our clients and to our craft. Our global reach allows us to provide services to customers across the world, with the added benefit of thorough local knowledge and expertise.

Their extensive experience in their respective specialized fields and their ability to listen and understand the requirements of the designers and owners as well as comprehend the physical, administrative and budgetary constraints for each project has made us successful in delivering tailor-made customized design systems in an effective and efficient manner.
