Understanding of various factors like existing services, tap off points for in and out, orientation, surrounding, service and natural resources etc. Understanding Client brief like project program, budget, planned amenities etc. Prepare a design basis report to initiate the concept design stage.

Concept Design

Prepare Concept Design, including outline proposals for MEPF design, services systems, along with relevant Project Strategies in accordance with Design Programme. Conclude on alterations to brief and issue Final Project Brief. The CD docket outcome is a GOOD FOR SANCTION drawing set.

Schematic Design

The schematic design is a stage during which preparation of developed MEPF concepts and solutions take place, including coordination and updates inline with design proposals of various other consultants and proprietary vendors. Outline specifications, Cost Information and Project Strategies in accordance with Design Programme. Reconcile the CD docket with the sanctioned drawings, NOC and submit a variance / compliance report.

Developed Design

This is in accordance with Project Strategies to include all MEPF services information, specialist manufacturer / contractor design and specifications, in accordance with Design Programme. Along with a set of Developed design drawings.

Technical Design

This set includes all information, specialist manufacturer / contractor design and specifications. Generate tender / budget documents for vendor engagement /procurement process. This docket contains two dockets; the working drawings & the Tender set including list of makes, technical specifications, Bill of quantities etc.

Construction Administration

Check and approve shop drawings, respond to contractor RFIs, approve technical data sheets of material, visit site as per agreed stages and
milestones, approve samples, mock ups, contractors operating processes, issue site visit reports, non conformance reports with root cause analysis and recommended preventive / corrective measures. Vet, Approve and sign off as-built drawings and the HO-TO (hand over take over) documents submitted by the contractor.
